Wednesday’s Episode (6/18/08)
Greetings AnJ Lovers!
Today’s episode recap will begin when our storyline starts and will be updated LIVE throughout the hour or as soon as otterly possible.
OKAY HERE WE GO…
Tad/Kathy/Kate Related Storyline…
TAD’S HOUSE - Krystal talks to Jenny and tells her it’s a special day because her daddy and her big sister are coming home. Colby brings Kathy to the house and Krystal warmly greets her saying “Welcome home Kathy”. End scene.
OUTSIDE TAD’S HOUSE - Tad and Adian talk about how this whole experience has changed Tad and that unfortunately it’s changed things between him and Aidan. End scene.
OUTSIDE TAD’S HOUSE CONTINUED…Tad tells Adian he’s hanging up the detecting and wants Aidan to have his share of the business. Aidan is shocked to hear this and tries to talk Tad out of it, they have a really funny exchange of dialogue (will be in vidcap) and Tad tells him he really needs to live his life now with his family and it’s time. Aidan accepts and thanks him and then they both go into the house. Tad’s eyes light up as he sees Krytsal holding Jenny and she says welcome home! He tells her those are the best words he could ever hear. He kisses Krystal and Jenny and Colby brings Kathy down the stairs. Kathy runs to Tad as he kneels down and says he’s home, hugs and holds her closely and smiles up at Aidan. End scene.
COMMERCIALS…
TAD’S HOUSE - They all celebrate Tad and Kathy’s homecoming. Aidan gets a call about Richie being the one who took JR’s bone marrow and is responsible for Greenlee/Zach in the hole so he leaves. Kathy and Colby bring out a cake that cleary Kathy has written on in red icing Welcome Home Daddy. Tad is clearly choked up over it and pulls Kathy in for a hug. The continue their celebration and there’s more food on Tad’s face/coat than his tummy! He and Krystal talk about him leaving the business and they have a great heart to heart talk about their life. She tells him that she knows she cannot fill Dixie’s place in his heart, but she hopes she can fill the rest. He’s teary eyed again and you can see how much he loves her and he kisses her.

FINAL SCENES TODAY FOR TAD/KATE/KATHY - NO AnJ TODAY
TAD’S HOUSE - Tad takes Kathy upstairs to see her room. He makes suggestions about where they can put her clothes away and enjoy each other’s company. He tells her that she can get different furniture, paint the room,etc. however she wants it to be and she smiles. She has this funny looking stuffed chicken and he asks where she got that and she tells him that mommy gave it to her and it makes her laugh. He asks if she means Aunt Julia and she says no, mommy. He’s a bit perplexed by this, but goes along with it and says it is kind of funny looking and puts it down. He asks her what color she’d like to paint the room and she says pink. He takes her over to a wall and has her stand against it so he can measure her. He marks her height on the wall and tells her that they’ll do that every now and then and she’ll see all the marks on the wall as she grows, but she has to make him a promise that she won’t write on any other walls in the house or Krystal will be upset with them both. She promises and then he tells her he will take her over to her grandparents house and she can see the marks on the walls from when he was growing up and her aunts and uncles. He says she has a big family now and everyone loves her. She smiles and he tells her that he knows he hasn’t been there for her since the beginning, but he is there now and always will be. They hug and the scene ends.
