Angie and Jesse

Greetings!

Today’s episode recap will begin when our storyline starts and will be updated LIVE throughout the hour.

Here we go…At the condo, Cass says so you are him, Jesse. The HUB GOD. Jesse says the hub god? Frankie says he told Cass all about Jesse when they were younger and Angie chimes in that she told her the best Jesse stories. Jesse says “poor kid.” Cass says he was never really a person to her, but an amazing myth. “Thanks for the setup, guys”, Jesse says looking at Angie & Frankie. “I was way off, you’re like a cool guy and I can tell by the way mom looks at you that you are her man,” Cass says. Jesse smiles. End scene.

——–NEXT SCENE

Cass is telling Jesse that she heard all about the Paple guy and that she thinks Jesse is superhuman. Of course, Jesse says, not he’s human, but he thinks he likes her. She tells him to hold off saying that til he gets to know her. Your mom and your brother both told me stories about you too, Jesse says. “Be afraid, be very afraid,” Frankie says to Cass. Jesse tells him to stop it and tells Cass that they stories were all good. Cass leans into Angie and says “I like him!”. “I knew you would”, Angie coos back at her as the giggle. Jesse looks over at Frankie and says I think I like her. Jesse grabs her suitcase as they go to get her settled in and says “What you got in here” as he doubles over with the bag. Cass says a couple cases of french wine, french poodles and laughs. Jesse picks up the bag and follows behind them saying “who let the dog out.” End scene.

——–NEXT SCENE

In Cass’s room, Frankie drops the suitcase and falls on it. Cass says she could lose the rug and walks on over Frankie. They are all laughing, settled in. Jesse says he needs to go before she let’s teh french dogs out and says auvoir as he leaves. Cass says that he made that easy for her and Angie tells him that Jesse was just as nervous as she was. “Really? I felt like I was blabbing”, Cass says. Frankies tells her she was a littlle bit, playing with her. She says something back to him in french and he looks at her and says “oui”. Then says you know I took Spanish and she would have to translate that for him. Angie laughs and says Cass sees Jesse in Frankie and Cass agrees in french of course. Frankie tells her not to go all Francophile. She laughs and says she is Frankiephile and then starts to cry a little. Telling him she missed him so much and she was so afraid when he went to Iraq, she’d never see him again. He hugs and holds her and scene ends.

——–NEXT SCENE

In Cass’s room, she tells Frankie he’s gotta stop scaring them. He says he will. “Promise, Filbert?” she asks. “Promise, Dorkas”, he replies. She falls on the bed and says should I even be awake. Angie tells her it’s jet lag and she should eat something. Cass laughs and looks at Frankie and says “she’s still pushing food!” Angie smiles and says Jesse made some chili today, she’s going to go see if it’s ready. After she leaves, Cass says that Angie looks crazy happy and Frankie tells her she is. Cass asks Frankie if Jesse is really good to her (oh no she didn’t LOL). “They love each other, Cass” he says and asks how Jacob is. She said her dad is great, doing the music thing - the parisians love his tunes. He asks if she was okay leaving him and she says it’s not forever. She looks at going to Paris as an adventure much like coming to PV. She plans to have many adventures in her life so she has things to write and draw about. He calls her a double threat and asks if that’s whats in her luggage and she nods. He asks if she’s written anything bad about him and she says not yet. She tells him to be good to her or she’ll bust him in ink. He’s still not allowed to read the poetry til she’s published, but she won’t forget the people she loves. She hugs him and he says “I missed you too.”

Back in the living area, Jesse is asking Angie if she thinks Cass really likes him. Angie tells him yes, she really likes him too and asks him to get the bowls. Jesse tells her it’s kinda wild - Frankie having a little sister, crazy about her too. Angie gets all sentimental and talks about when they were babies…and starts to cry, stops talking. Jesse comes to her and hugs her. She says we are all here together, you, my babies, Jesse I never thought this would happen, all of us under one roof, my whole world under one roof. End scene.

——NEXT SCENE

Jesse grabs an envelop and tells Angie he has something to show her. He says he finally got through all the red tape and “I ain’t dead no more!” He’s got a drivers license (bam), a social security card (bam), a passport (bam) and he lays each out for her on the table. She smiles and then he tells her he even got a letter from the IRS for back taxes LOL. Angie tells him the only thing they are missing is a marriage certificate. Jesse smiles and scene ends.

——-NEXT SCENE

Jesse and Angie hug and the kids walkl in and say oooh we’ll leave. Angie stops them and says they have big news! Jesse and she are planning a wedding. The kids both respond with a WOW and Jesse tells Frankie he needs to prepare himself for a penguine suit because they are going all the way out for this wedding! Frankie says “Great and congratulations!” Angie tells them both that this wedding is not about just the two of them, it’s a celebration for all of us, the hubbard family! They all hug and scene ends.
