***OTTER TIP - TRY THIS***

IF you can’t see your avatar and have cleared your browser cache and are NOT using dialup. Unplug the DSL or Cable connection from your computer as well as the modem (if you have one) and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Then hook it back up and restart your pc and see if that helps. It’s common for DSL/Cable providers not to clear their cache on a timely basis so this could very well be affecting what you see. Unplugging you connection and your modem as well may clear this out for you.
