Cornelius Smith, Jr. (Frankie Hubbard)
Cornelius Smith, Jr. joined the cast of All My Children in December of 2007 portraying “Quentin” who later became known as Frankie Hubbard (born Franklin Quentin Hubbard), son of supercouple Jesse & Angie Hubbard.

Other than All My Children, I’ve found no other information on Cornelius’ career so this may very well be his first big break. If you know of any other information about Cornelius, please comment below.

Otter, have you seen a video somewhere with Jesse’s death scene…when he was shot and when he was in the hospital b4 he died? I’ve looked and haven’t seen any, except the promo vids.

jhgrl, YES…we need you to help us stand. We do need each other for support. I don’t remember why I never saw it (I mean it has been 20 yrs and the memory is about shot), but it could be for the same reason you didn’t see it. ~sad~

Hold it down but I don’t think I can see the death scene again. I was just a lil girl when I saw it but it left a huge impact on me. I’m like Angie–I’m just so GREEDY for Jesse.
I don’t want to let him go–never again. So I wouldn’t have the strength to see that scene again. It was tough enough the first go ’round.

Debbie Morgan won the Daytime emmy for her reaction during Jesse’s death scene–it was pretty intense Actually, there was a tie that year. Ain’t that some s*@t!!! Sistah can’t have the honor all by herself. I ain’t hating, just saying:-) She has mentioned on talk shows that during the scene when he dies, she was dealing with her own sense of loss–Darnell had decided to leave the show. Girlfriend was hurt!!!

I never saw the scene when Jesse got shot. I think the seen they show in the promo is incorrect. On one of the shows…he had a flash back and it was different than in the promo’s. The promo’s look like Les (Angie’s Dad)is in it. I could be wrong though.

You’re right. The shot (no pun intended) in the promo is Jesse’s confrontation with Les before he (Les) fell to his death. The flashback Jesse had when he was going through the box Mrs Remy gave A and T is the shot the “killed” Jesse.

hello everyone.
i’m a huge fan of Cornelius Smith, Jr and find him to be one of the best choice to play frankie.. their’s something about his eyes & smile that i can’t seem to get enough of.. as well as his strong personality he brings to amc that got’s me hook.
i feel he’s VERY under rated and is not put on screen enough as the rest of amc cast members.. hopefully will have the pleasure to watch this fine actor unfold and become amc most loveable storyline just like angie & jesse
thank you to whom ever made this blog.. i’ve been looking for a place like to this express my new found joy in this fine actor.. and hopefully amc won’t kill him off later down the road over some bs like budget cuts and what not.
