Danielle Frye
Okay, as previously mentioned by moi, Danielle Frye aka Dani is still alive. So, I think my idea to bring her back and pair her with Frankie might be worth TBTB listening too … LOL, as if I had that much power. But anyways…she’s ALIVE and could be brought back IMHO as an option.
It would make for an interesting storyline - having Derek involved that closely in Angie & Jesse’s relationship and then there’s the whole WILL Angie tell Jesse about her time with Derek back in the sad day 
if that happens? Hmmmm….Angie and Jesse Hubbard’s son dating Derek Frye’s daughter Dani…
WHEN WE LAST SAW DANI…
Winter 2006/2007 - Dani was a victim (the 3rd) of the Satin Slayer BUT she did not die. Josh Madden and Babe Chandler got to her in time and then her father, Derek sent her off to Hawaii for recovery and get her away from the killer - who she never could identify.

Sadly, our very own Dixie Martin was the 4th victim and he took her from us… I hated when TBTB killed her off again - very poor decision IMHO. But that’s anotter topic all together…

So, we’ll see what happens in the weeks/months ahead…with Frankie and ?????

Thanks for posting. I had never seen Dani or Reggie. I’m watching Cold Case now and Reggie is in this episode LOL! And he’s the perp!
I wish I had been watching during this time. As I watched this clip I kept thinking they were trying to recreate Jesse with Reggie. I probably would have really enjoyed Reggie.

The other day when Dani was brought up and we mentioned Reggie…I said to myself…Reggie was a younger version of Jesse. Jesse would have been a good mentor for Reggie.
I like this Derek better. I saw the Cold Case episode with Reggie…it was a good show. Derek recently took a break from AMC and did an episode of Law & Order (the original one).
Did anyone catch the episode of Law & Order SVU with Darnell on it? It was the episode that they made into a 2 parter starring Ludacris…it was probably one of their best shows and I watch all the Law & Order shows and have from day one.

No I do not recall seeing that episode. But will keep an eye out for it on USA network since they do frequent marathons of all of them.

The day Mrs Remington died and Derek came over I know they talked a minute about her helping when he was shot. So is that when they started dating?

The episode with Darnell begins with Ice-T’s son being arrested looking for a buried body in a field. Darnell is somewhat in the beginning. He plays the husband of the woman who was killed. He plays a construction worker. It originally aired in 2007 and has repeated about 3 or 4 times since. You may be able to find something on you-tube.
I don’t know when Angie and Derek were seeing one another. I wasn’t watching it back then. It probably started before he was shot. That should be interesting…him finding out about her ex-husbands and relationships…and any of his if he had any while on the run. That’s why I wonder if he’ll play 2 roles as Jesse & Jacob.

LOL! DLyne, I just saw the Law and Order episode with Derek in it. I record the L&O shows and watch on the weekends. I remember the SVU episode with Ludacris but not Darnell’s part. I’m gonna be on the look out for that one.

I am really hoping they dont do the double role thing since it is already being done with the Adam/Stuart roles. I think it would be overkill on that. But maybe they can find someone else to play that role if needed. But I dont know if they would mention any of the non serious relationships. Ithink at this point Jacob is important only because of Cassandra

I loved the old Derek…do you all think he will eventually come back, since someone stated above that he was taking a break from the soaps?
