Just in case…
There’s no storyline today, I’ve put together a vidcap using some of yesterday’s scene with Angie and Jesse getting ready to leave for the PV police station. It’s the opening scene which I wanted to do yesterday, but we had a civil authorities alert at the exact time AMC started and wrecked my plans with their noise and green bar…so…here’s the opening from yesterday and the scene that follows (vidcap 1 from Wednesday). I love my SOAPNET!!!
It’s not much, but I hope you enjoy it anywayz…..

Awe gee and shucks lol…Thank you, thank you very much! LOL - I just love all the A&J fans here so much, I just wanna keep ya happy!!! As soon as a scene ends that’s good and I’m ready to vidcap, I just put my life on hold until I get it done for y’all!
I just hated being stranded in corpse america and so can relate to having something to cheer up my day. You are ALL so very welcome and any future monies towards cup of joe/mocha are going for a memory upgrade on my pc so I can do even more!!!!

Yes Thank you Thank. I Luv some A & J 2. So much so I have 2 get a DVR but I still come 2 the sight B4 I get home cause I just can’t wait!!!! It’s good 2 know I’m not the only one who has a fixation w/ these 2. I watched back in the day when they were just young pups. I wonder if Jesse will sing to Angie for the upcoming vow renewal? I did find Darnell’s song “A Better Man” on youtube ( I’m sure it’s old though—-never heard of it B4) Can’t wait till Friday, looks like girlfriend is puttn her foot down again ( NO More Guns 4 Jesse). They look marvelous for 50+ don’t they???

I totally agree both DM and DW looking marvelous ,not only for 50+ but any age!!
I do not know where they are going with Frankie and Colby, it will be interesting (friendship).
I would like for Danielle to return, she and Frankie would be great together.
During Jesse’s absence did Angie and Derek ever date ? I noticed when he was at Remeby’s mother house he kept trying to get her those cow eyes, but she only had eyes and concern for Jesse.
We all know what Angie was doing why Jesse was gone, but other than hiding what was Jesse doing , I just do not want any surprises.
Did they ever tell us how Jesse found out about Frankie being ill and near death ?

On the View DW talked about they will be stay on AMC as long as they wil have them or something like that.
Well we need to let everyone know that we want them….we can show support by writing the actors themselves, the studios, magazines , voting in polls , calling the comment lines,etc.
I love the write, send letter, post cards and e-mails!( cards -dollar stores 2/1.00, us postal post card packets less than $2….I have written the daytime magazines to ask why DW/DM have not made the cover since their return….and about an articles on the two!
We all know that DM/DW are better thanl both primtime and daytime performers, but they will also need out support!!
So please, please show your support!!!!!!!!!

Hi, “#5 taylor, I totally agree with you regarding the letters. I too, love to write. I’ve written The View several times complaining about that dame Elizabeth Hasselbek. So, it will be my pleasure to write about Jesse & Angie–a couple that I adore. I’m putting together a letter to send to Oprah, letting her know how the return of Jesse & Angie has created a wave of excitement. It has my children, ages 16 & 22 watching. They love this couple (we watch together). It has also opened dialog. My daughter sees a loving black man on day time television–not the negative image that is so often displayed. Let’s create an avenue so that we can not only let Debbie & Darnel know how much we appreciate them, let’s put it out there for everybody to see!!!!

Good morning all. ITA with Taylor–write, write, write to support this couple. They definitely need our support! And support Cornelius Smith too! The guy is talented and I would hate for him or his character to get the shaft. He needs some good s/l–not lazy fluff stuff. And Taylor, I also can’t wait to find out what Jesse’s been doing these 20 years. Is some woman or child going to pop up from the past? Sooo many possibilities. And DW can handle it!!!

Taylor, i dont recall how Jesse found out about Frankie but I would assume somehow he was reading PV newspapers or something. But you know how it goes in soap world we may never know. Leolagirl and Aliciayg–thanks so much for writing to Oprah. I’m also hoping she’ll have Debbi and Darnell on her show!!! These actors are doing a world of good for daytime and television in general right now. Didn’t think I’d see black love again after Claire and Cliff and Dwayne and Whitley left the airwaves. DW and DM’s presence is huge and I really want them to get props for it–within and outside of Daytime.

Aliciagy–I heard that Bill Cosby and A Different World were integral in the increase in African American college attendance–especially at HBCU’s. Goes to show that people–all people really–respond to positive TV role models.
Who knows. JnA may have the same impact on black relationships/marriages. Heck all marriages for that matter! I’m happy that Jesse and Angie are still sexy as all get out! And I’m THRILLED that they portray a MARRIED couple. I’m not married but I still appreciate seeing a grown, sexy, passionate couple married–to each other! LOL. DW and DM are sooo holding it down for the grown and sexy!

Ok with all of this talk about Tennessee State and HBCUs, I have to send a shout out to all Hampton grads:-) I am totally with you about Jesse and Angie portraying a married couple whose love as endured the test of separation/”death”. That is what will make their vow renewal so special. I wonder if she will break out his mother’s ring for her to wear again–because we know she saved it.
We know they will have some tests ahead (I mean it wouldn’t be a soap without those right) But what outsiders may not know is that J & A can not be touched in their hearts. So watch out because after conquering death, these two can overcome anything!!!

I don’t think I have that scene as it was from some time back - if anyone finds it on YouTube please post the URL here and I’ll put it on a vidcap page so others can watch too! I’ve been planning a separate page for vidcaps outside of the ones I create so please make sure I get the URL’s and I promise to make them more easily available to you all!
