Okay, first scene in today we see Angie at the hospital with Frankie. She says she needs the toxicology reports for a patient and a hug for your mama, stat. Frankie chuckles and Angie says nice work Dr. Hubbard to him. Frankie says she’ll never get tired of saying that and she says can you blame me? It’s a dream come true working side by side with her son in the same hospital where she learned to be a doctor. Frankie tells her he doesn’t want any special treatment or the other interns will “eat him alive”. Angie tells him she loves him, but that doesn’t mean she’ll go easy on him. Frankie smiles and says she’s in a good mood today. She tells him she’s going to focus on the positive. Frankie is back home and healthy and beginning a new career. He says she’s still worrired about whoever it is that is chasing Jesse. They discuss this a bit more and Angie tells him that Tad’s working on it too, but there are no leads yet. She thinks the longer Jesse stays hidden the closer they are to having their family back. Just then Julia shows up and says have you seen this…

VIDCAP to finish this scene and bring in the next and all this before the intro credits! :)

So…continuing on from where the vidcap left off we went to commercial. I think Opal needed this time to recoup LOL…after commercial we are back at Tad’s office as he and Jesse continue their conversation about John Remington.

Jesse asked Tad if he’s talked to Derek. Tad says Derek doesn’t have any more info on Remy’s death than they do. Jesse tells Tad they need a new lead and he agrees, but says until then have a cup of coffee.

Here’s some dialogue:

-*-*-*-*-*-
Jesse: Man, I’ve been through these files a dozen times. There’s nothing jumping out at me!
Tad: All right, ok, ok. So listen, let’s just start again, all right? Let’s just go over what we do know. Now, you took a bullet that was meant for john remington.
Jesse: And Creed hired the triggerman.
Tad: Ok, you wake up a few days later and you’re in some anonymous room. You have no idea where you are, how you got there, how long it took you to get there.
Jesse: And he kept asking me questions I didn’t have the answers to.
Tad: Yeah, but it was right around that time that remington started to see Angela, right?
Jesse: He had to be looking for something.
Tad: Exactly. My bet is that he was looking for the same thing that they are now. Now, it had to be something — something that had to do with you, something you left behind, like a — a key, you know? Maybe a — a file of a case you’re working on or maybe even it was the number of an offshore bank account.
Jesse: Yeah — no, I don’t remember anything like that at all, man.
Tad: Well, one thing I will bet the farm on — you’re right. Somehow, remington is the answer to this.
Jesse: Hmm. You see, he’s been dead almost as long as I’ve been missing.
Tad: Well, you know, people solve cold cases all the time. All we got to do is get some more details, right?
Jesse: Yeah.
Tad: Whatever he was working on, what he was thinking at the time. That’s not so difficult, is it? Come on, Jesse, you know somebody who can help us out with that?

Scene cuts to Angie and Frankie back at hospital discussing Jesse’s photo in the paper. Angie tells Frankie it won’t help take their problems away by looking at that paper. Frankie says he just realized the he remembered John “Remy”. After Jesse died they played football in the yard. Angie says that Remy wanted Frankie to like him and he says he was nice enough but for a kid who just lost his father…”I know, baby. That was a terrible time, and it was — such a waste.” Angie says. Frankie says he can help her now and she’s like don’t start that again, we already had that conversation.

Great scene here with them deserves a VIDCAP (see below)…

After this scene we are taken back to Tad and Krystal’s place where smarmy creepy uncle Robert is making a case for being “abused by evil Ray”. Unfortunately, Opal is DUMB enough to believe it. He continues on by showing his arm laden with cigarette burns courtesy of Ray and claims he had his shoulders dislocated twice. I cannot tell you how disgusted I am already by uncle Robert - I, I, I just wanna kick him, ya know what I mean? But I think I’m almost as angry at Opal who in the end of this scene hands over baby Jenny for uncle Robert to hold. It was shocking to me…boo hiss Opal, have you no memory of the Gardner clan and how they operate.

Other information pertinent to this scene and more history on uncle smarmy…after “escaping” from the terrible Ray, he went to Atlanta and married a girl named Mary. They were married for 32 years and that she died last fall. This is where of course both Krystal and Opal give him the puppy dog eyes and say sorry. HELLO WAKE UP LADIES…but I digress again..back to this storyline. Robert says now that Mary is gone, Tad is his only relative (insert rolling eyes here ;))…then pretends that he’s bothering them and says that he can see he’s upset Opal by being there to which both Krystal and Opal chime in for him to stay. NOW, here’s the part where Opal tells him that Tad isn’t his only relative, he has a grandniece (Jenny), named after her daughter Jenny “who was a true slice of heaven.” Robert coos how beautiful baby Jenny is and then Opal asks if he’d like to hold her. — (Hey Tad - I’m here for ya - I’m ready to chew off this guy’s ankles and smack Opal too!) — Robert says he doesn’t want to make them uncomfortable and then Krystal loses her mind as well and says it’s okay, he’s kin (OY VEH). So of course Robert agrees and I’m uncomfortable a lot! Robert coos at baby Jenny, sucking in Krystal and Opal more - what is it about a man cooing at a baby that leaves women without the ability to think? Yeah, I know, I digress…but how can you not react to this really? LOL Then he tells Opal that Jenny has her grandmother’s eyes (these hip boots just aren’t high enough ya know?). Opal apologizes to Robert about going off on him, I toss my lunch (not really, but I want too…just shudup Opal)…Krystal asks Robert if he’s going to be in PV long and he says he doesn’t know, he’s going to see how things work out. He tells them since Mary died he has become quite the poker player. Says it’s his one and only vice (somehow I doubt that LOL). He then steers the conversation towards PV telling them it seems like an interesting place and pointing out today’s front page news with Jesse and Remy’s photo plastered all over it. Of course this opens the gateway for Opal to be stupid again and start giving out all kinds of information. You just have to read this dialogue to understand my screaming at the TV during this scene for Opal to shudup!

*-*-*-*-*-*-*
Opal: Can you believe this? That something like this could happen right here under our very noses, and not find out a thing about it until the poor fellow is nothing but a pile of bones.
Robert: Yeah, seems like quite a mystery.
Opal: Yeah, this here is jesse hubbard. He was a close friend of my daughter, jenny. He was a real crackerjack detective. He took a bullet in the line of duty.
Krystal: Oh, opal, I’m — I’m sure he doesn’t want to hear all about that old gangland murder.
Opal: Well, maybe not the murder, but he and jesse — jesse and angie — I mean, they had a love story that was fit for a fairy tale.
Robert: Really? Now, angie — is that —
Opal: Angie was his wife.
Krystal: Could I get anybody some more wine?
Opal: Oh, well, I’ll have a little refill. Sure, thanks.
Robert: It seems like this young man lived quite a story.
Krystal: Oh, yeah. It’s a sad ending. I’m sure you don’t want to hear the rest of it.
Opal: Oh, I’m sorry. Am I being insensitive?
Robert: Oh, not at all, no. Oh, I could sit and listen to you talk all night.

Back at the hospital, Angie and Frankie continue their conversation. Frankie is pleading w/her about having his dad’s back. And she assures him they all have his dad’s back and right now Jesse needs for them to act like they are living their lives, as if nothing has changed. Of course Frankie can’t let that go and tells her he can’t sit by in silence, he needs to be there for his dad no matter what it takes. Angie asks him to trust Jesse that this will all work out and their family will be back together again. Angie tells him he has rounds to make and she’s got to go to the lab. Frankie tells her that he does believe in dad too and she says “I know you do, sweetheart. And I promise you, this nightmare is soon going to be over” and walks off to the lab. Colby then comes up to Frankie and says “Hey Dr. Hubbard 2″. He responds with a hey and she asks how his first week is giong. Frankie tells her it’s intense but goes with the territory. She says she’s excited about volunteering and thinks she could do some good here. You can tell he wishes she would just go far, far away. She says if he needs her help, to which he quickly says he doesn’t and she tells him she’s supposed to shadow doctors today to make sure they don’t have anything to run to the lab, etc. And boom, Frankie’s done with her…here’s some dialogue:

Frankie: Listen, Colby, I was just on break, so I’m really behind. I need to get back to work. But you have fun candy striping.
Colby: I’m a volunteer.
Frankie: You got it, buddy. (and he walks off leaving her there LOL)…
Colby: Since when did I become invisible?

And now it’s time for another Vidcap - I had to include Colby’s look at the end of the scene above LOL…and I can’t be alone in wanting to smack Opal, right???

Okay we’re almost done for the day - man it’s been a great day of TAJKO, but long to recap for me LOL…thanks for hanging in … will try to finish up shortly.

CONTINUING ON…don’t freak out about Angie’s last scene in the vidcap above, it was only Jesse. He grabbed and and said “shh, shh, baby it’s me, it’s me. I’m sorry.” “Jesse, you scared the crap out of me!” Angie says. He apologizes but he didn’t want her to scream. She asks what he’s doing there and of course he says he’s there looking for answers. Angie tells him everyone in town has seen his photo inthe paper and it’s not safe for him to be roaming around. Jesse says he had to risk it, they are running out of time and the article is going to make ti worse. He goes on to say that if Remy’s mother has medical records at the hospital and maybe there is an address there for her. “So you really think that John’s mother might know something?” Angie asks. “I think we need to find out,” Jesse says. Angie then looks up her records on the computer and finds her. She gives Jesse the address and he says he knows exactly where that is and he’s on it. Angie tells him to wait he can’t do that and that she’ll go instead of him. Jesse tells her she won’t even know what to ask her (Shonda Wells Remington is her name). “Well, just coach me, write down some questions,” Angie says. Jesse is so NOT wanting her to do this and tells her it’s way too dangerous. “No, look, we don’t have any other choice. Now, you can’t do it. You know, at least I can tell her that I’m a — a — I was a friend of John’s. She might open up to me,” Angie tells him. “I don’t like it, he says”. “Well, it’s the only way, baby,” she retorts. Jesse sighs and she tells him that he has to let her do this for him. He finally agrees, but on one condition - she must take Tad as her backup and she agrees.

Then we are tortured (or at least I am) by more conversation between Colby and Frankie. She’s laughing because Frankie told her to bring a cow to the 5th floor. He clarifies for her that a cow is a computer on wheels and she says “Whoops, my bad and asks if he can show her how to organize some folders. He tells her they go by room number. Red tags are for transfers to other floors, blue means the patient has been discharged. She thanks him and asks if he knew that their mom’s went to high school together. He says he did. She is so reaching for straws here LOL…she says that means they have something in common even though their mom’s were exactly friends. Frankie tells her it’s a big town, lots of people went to PVH. She says, “Yeah, but, you know, I think it’s cool, and now that we’re working here –” Frankie stops her and syas “You’re volunteering. I’m in my second half of my internship. For me, it’s sink or swim. And I’m hoping to become a resident, so that means I don’t have the time for a lot of distractions.” She then shows her age by telling him he doesn’t have to worry about getting a job here because his mom works there and she’ll hook him up. Frankie just gives her a look and says “Well, maybe that’s th way it works in your world, but I plan to earn this for myself.” Colby says she didn’t mean to offend him. She was just thinking they could be friends. He tells her that she’s a nice kid, but he’s there for work,…”so you do your thing and I’ll do mine, ok?” “Right. Ok. I was just trying to make conversation,” she says.

Sooooo….the last 7 or so minutes that was remaining of our storyline, I decided to Vidcap it because there’s so much dialogue not to mention great acting by MEK, etc. And here it is…

The only thing missing from this last segment is a Colby scene where in Dr. Joe tells Frankie that Colby has been assigned to help him and we all know what Frankie’s expression is LOL!!! Also included are previews for our storyline and yes, we do have some storyline tomorrow.

That’s all for now folks! Thanks for being patient as I post!

Peace
